Idiyanale is named after the Filipino goddess of good labor and deeds, offering counsel and wisdom to those working toward something meaningful. It's a fitting name for a consultancy built on a specific realization.

Relational Change Management grew out of Frennie Hernandez-Moll's hands-on experience leading change on large-scale transformations, including a major telecom system migration. That work revealed a consistent gap: even well-credentialed Western frameworks often don't account for how Filipino organizations actually decide, relationally, collectively, and through consensus-driven structures.

Idiyanale exists to close that gap, not by discarding frameworks like ADKAR and Prosci, but by grounding them in pakikipagkapwa and bayanihan, the values that actually shape how Filipino organizations act. Today, that same approach is carried forward with a network of specialists brought in as each engagement requires.

15+ Years of Change Management and Transformation

Idiyanale's approach is shaped by over 15 years of hands-on change management, organizational development, and strategic planning experience, led by Frennie Hernandez-Moll across healthcare, education, technology, and government. That range shapes how Relational Change Management gets applied: not as a single template, but as a framework flexible enough to fit very different organizations.

Private Sector

• Led organizational transformation initiatives at Wonder Collab Studios

• Supported process optimization at Accenture and IBM Business Services

• Drove Project Alpha, AC Education's acquisition of the University of Nueva Caceres, then was placed on the ground to establish and guide the university's Planning and Analytics function through the transition

Public Sector

• Supported disaster risk reduction and emergency preparedness at the Makati Rescue DRRMO

• Served as Chief of Staff and Integrator at Fil-Global Immigration Services Corp, aligning departments and managing critical initiatives

Global Perspective, Local Understanding

Frennie's fluency in English, Filipino, and Portuguese, and her educational and professional background spanning both local and international contexts, shape how Idiyanale approaches every engagement. That combination matters in practice: genuine fluency in global change management frameworks, brought together with an intimate, lived understanding of Filipino organizational culture, rather than applying one without the other.

It's this dual perspective that makes it possible to translate credentialed methodologies like ADKAR and Prosci into something that actually fits how Filipino organizations decide, communicate, and act.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from standard ADKAR/Prosci consulting, and are you certified in these frameworks?

Standard ADKAR and Prosci consulting applies those frameworks as-is, regardless of how the client organization actually makes decisions. Relational Change Management draws on ADKAR and Prosci as foundational frameworks, fused with Filipino relational values like pakikipagkapwa and bayanihan, so the strategy fits your organization's real decision-making culture rather than a generic template. Frennie holds a Change Portfolio Management certification from the Change Management Institute, rather than a formal Prosci or ADKAR certification specifically.

Do you work with organizations like ours?

Idiyanale works with SMEs, corporations, and government agencies of any size across the Philippines, not limited to Metro Manila, with particular depth in consensus-driven organizations. If your organization doesn't fit neatly into a standard change management framework, that's specifically what Relational Change Management is built for.

How does Relational Change Management adapt to consensus-driven organizations?

Rather than applying a standard top-down change framework, we map how your organization actually builds consensus, engage stakeholders through that existing process rather than around it, and design communication and training that fit how decisions genuinely get made.

What does a first engagement actually look like?

A typical engagement begins with a complimentary Discovery Session, usually scheduled within one week of reaching out. From there, a customized proposal is delivered within about two weeks, followed by a pilot project over four to six weeks before moving into full implementation, which can range from three to twelve months depending on scope.

Do you work with a fixed in-house team, or bring in outside specialists?

Every engagement is led personally by Frennie Hernandez-Moll, supported by a network of specialists and subject-matter experts brought in as each project requires. This means your engagement gets both consistent, hands-on leadership and the right expertise for your specific situation, rather than a standard team assigned by default. It's also worth noting that larger consulting firms themselves bring Frennie in directly for specialized change management engagements.

Will I be working directly with Frennie?

Yes. Frennie leads every engagement personally from start to finish. Specialists are brought in for specific technical needs as a project requires, but she remains your primary point of contact throughout.

What results can we expect?

Every engagement is measured against goals defined during the Design stage, whether that's employee engagement, faster technology adoption, or operational continuity through a major transition. Because Relational Change Management builds strategies around how your organization actually operates, the goal is change that holds after the engagement ends, not just a report at the finish line.

Bring That Same Understanding to Your Organization
