1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of idiyanale.com.ph (the "Site"), operated by Idiyanale Business Consultancy Corp ("Idiyanale," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, scheduling a consultation, or submitting an inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Idiyanale is a change management consultancy offering services including strategy and planning, change management, and process improvement, delivered through our proprietary Relational Change Management methodology. The Site provides information about these services and allows visitors to schedule a complimentary Discovery Session.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or contract for services. Any actual engagement with Idiyanale, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees, will be defined separately in a written proposal or agreement following a Discovery Session.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or booking tool on the Site

Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our prior written permission

4. Booking and Consultations

Scheduling a Discovery Session through the Site does not guarantee a formal engagement with Idiyanale. We reserve the right to decline to move forward with any prospective client following a Discovery Session, at our discretion.

We aim to respond to booking requests within one week, though actual response times may vary.

5. Fees and Payment

The Site does not process payments directly. Fees, payment terms, and engagement structure (including Project-Based, Retainer, Performance-Based, or Training arrangements) are discussed and agreed upon separately, outside of the Site, as part of a formal proposal or contract between Idiyanale and the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Relational Change Management name and methodology, is the property of Idiyanale Business Consultancy Corp or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Tools

The Site uses GoHighLevel to manage contact forms, booking, and related communications. Your use of these tools is also subject to GoHighLevel's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms used to operate the Site.

8. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we aim to keep information on the Site accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific business outcomes will result from engaging our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idiyanale Business Consultancy Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information contained in it. This limitation does not affect any rights or protections you may have under Philippine law that cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
